What an incredible Monument Avenue 10k experience we've just had! Today, we proudly welcomed 2 new athletes and supported 2 veteran Inclusive Racing athletes, thanks to your unwavering support! Attention runners and athletes- tomorrow we fly! Here are some last-minute tips to make the day amazing.
💙 Dress in layers! Weather looks a bit cool and possibly drizzly so you may want to layer your IR running jersey over a long-sleeve shirt.
💚 Feel free to bring a bluetooth speaker so your athlete and team can jam out on the course.
💙 Make sure you have your 10k bib. The expo is open until 7pm at the Richmond Raceway.
💚Please be on time! Check out Sarah’s email for exact details on when to arrive at our meeting spot.
