It was great spending time with Governor Evers yesterday at the WPS solar site in Rhinelander.

As always, we had a good conversation about the future of Oneida County, especially our housing challenges and the critical need for infrastructure funding.

We continue to have developers interested in building housing in our communities, but the cost of water, sewer, streets, and other infrastructure remains one of our biggest barriers. I appreciate every opportunity to talk directly with Governor Evers about these challenges and advocate for the resources northern Wisconsin needs.

Thank you, Governor Evers, for visiting Rhinelander and taking the time to listen and discuss these important issues. We will continue working hard to move housing and economic development forward in Oneida County.
