The 2026 Log a Load for Kids campaign continues its annual grassroots fundraising efforts organized by the forestry community to support local Children's Miracle Network (CMN) hospitals.
Program Overview
• Mission: Loggers, truckers, and forest product companies donate the value of a load of logs or host events (like golf tournaments and auctions) to fund children's healthcare.
• Beneficiaries: 100% of the funds raised stay local, supporting designated children's hospitals in respective regions.
Regional & Recent 2026 Highlights
• Northwestern / Great Lakes Region: The Great Lakes Timber Professionals Association (GLTPA) actively coordinates regional fundraising supporting hospitals like Marshfield Clinic, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin (Milwaukee), and Gundersen Lutheran (La Crosse). Ericson Logging from Minong, Wisconsin (Northwest Region 1), was previously honored as a national Volunteer Champion for decades of educational timber harvest contributions
