TAZ (Teens For Absolute Zero Dating Violence)

TAZ (Teens For Absolute Zero Dating Violence) Creating awareness about teen dating violence.

TAZ members come from area high schools and work with Tri-County Council Advocates, there purpose is to promote awareness to the youth and discuss current dating violence issues. In this process they create presentations, attend leadership conferences, and devolop awareness campaign strategies.

On Tuesday May 17th, Tri-County Council staff will participate in the service fair at Rhinelander High School from 9-2. The focus will be recuiting new members for TAZ.

On Sunday, May 1st, TAZ is hosting a conversation between teens and parents about what teen dating is like in the current age. It will be held in the Nativity of Our Lord church hall from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Snacks will be served. Everyone is welcome. Bring parents. The night is meant to be interesting and fun.
