We completed our last scheduled dive today. Most of the divers in our group did all 16 dives. We started today with a dive at the wreck El Aguila a cargo ship that was intentionally sunk, I went to 102 ft. It’s been a while since I was that deep. We were able to pe*****te the wreck on the bow and stern.

We were on the Nellie and I’ve included in the pictures a list of the dive sites we went to

The highlight of the day was swimming with a pod of dolphins on the way back from the wreck. The captain dropped us in at 2 different spots to see the dolphins.

What an Awesome way to end a great week of diving

South shore Neptunes in Roatan

13 dives down and 3 more to go tomorrow
It’s rained twice at night and once during the day for about 5 minutes. We’re having a great time.
I don’t want to mention this but a certain Sokol got mixed up underwater and followed the wrong group twice on the same dive. Only causality so far is Paul, he stabbed himself in the foot changing his camera batteries. We saw 3 Horse fish and quite a few shell monkies (turtles).

Dive master stopped checking air during the first dive, and we’ve all made it back to the boat in the red numerous times. We’ve stretched our 50 minute dives to about 70 minutes.

I did my first night dive in about 30 years. Had an awesome dive. Rob and I touched a tiger tail sea cucumber.

I had reservations about coming back to Roatan after my dive with A K in December. I would gladly come back to the Mayan Princess. Tommy

Neptune Dive - October 11, 2026. Story and photo by Evan Bodell
We started the day by meeting Angelo Correnti and Doug Eaton at the clubhouse to decide on a dive location. Due to engine trouble, we opted for a shore dive and settled on Peggotty Beach, Scituate.

Angelo and Doug headed over to McKay’s for breakfast while we prepared for the dive. We entered from shore and made our way toward Second Cliff, Scituate.

Visibility was approximately 15 feet before we stirred up the bottom. We zigzagged along the bottom, catching five keeper lobsters. Most of the lobsters we encountered were too small, while the larger ones were carrying eggs.

Total dive time was 80 minutes, with a maximum depth of 19 feet. Water temperature was 54°F.

We exited the water just before high tide.

Neptune Dive - Saturday September 12, 2026. Story and Photos by Sokol Prifti. Todd Alger, Joe Kilcommons and I left the dock around 8:15 am and the wind was still blowing. When we arrived at the Graves Lighthouse, we met Angelo Correnti's and Tommy Lo’s boats with their dive crews, altogether 10 divers (Angelo, Barry and two others (I couldn’t recognize them from the distance) and Tommy Lo’s boat had Ken Hayes and a new member, Justin Casanova (I think).
Water was warm, 62 degrees and visibility was good!
Underwater, I crossed Ken Hayes and Justin Casanova multiple times and I took a picture!
On Joe Kilcommon's boat, Todd went in first and came up last he had us a little worried (he’s good with air consumption)!
The second dive was at Martin’s Ledge which was a little colder but very good visibility!
I was a very exciting day for everyone!

Dive Against Debris 2026 is here! 🤿🧤🌎

Join the Divers Market team and fellow local divers for a day of diving with a purpose!

Prerequisite:
Must be a Certified Diver to participate(For the Underwater Portion). Non-Divers welcomed for land-based cleanup.

We're heading underwater to clean up our local dive site and shoreline, removing debris and trash that can harm aquatic life and damage the environment we love to explore.

This is not a certification class — just a good old-fashioned cleanup dive! No classroom, no test, no certification. Just divers getting together, getting in the water, and making a difference.

While our divers tackle the debris underwater, we'll also be working along the beach to give the entire area a much-needed cleanup.

Bring your dive gear, your catch bag, and your enthusiasm. Whether you're a regular at this site or joining us for the first time, we'd love to have you there.

We'll provide the motivation. You bring the dive gear and help!

After the cleanup, we'll gather together for pizza & refreshments / food & drinks and celebrate a job well done.

Neptune Club Dive, Sunday, August 30, 2026 Story by Doug Eaton, Photos by Beth Kelley Kane. Paul Morgan met up with Chuck Zarba at the old club house and headed to Angelo Correnti’s boat where Angelo, Beth Kane and Doug Eaton were waiting. We loaded up and headed out to meet up with Tommy Lo and Ken Hayes. Paul jumped on Tommy's boat and off we went to Outer Graves Light for the first dive and then went to Green Island. When we arrived at Green Island we met Neptune Tim Burke. He told us the flies were bad there so we went to Outer Brewster. At Outer Brewster Beth Kane had a great dive and caught the biggest lobster of the day.

The club dive was for Veteran Wayne Ross. Ken Hayes and Mike Vaughn prepared Wayne for his dive. The rest of the crew: Doug Eaton, Ryan Donahue, Adrienne Murphy, Carol Hamilton, Angelo Correnti, John Blackadar, Rob Robinson, Jason Brown, Lee Koetzner, Johnathan Brown, Joe McAndrews, Mark Zipeto, Fred Goforth, Fouad Abarri, Rachel Maynard helped get Wayne geared up for the dive and in the water. I want to thank all the Neptunes for giving up their time making this a great dive for Wayne.
