Hi Bernazzani families!
We'd love to see you at our open PTO meeting tonight Wednesday, June 10 from 7:15–8:00 pm — in the school media center or on Zoom (details below). We'll be sharing what the PTO has been up to and holding elections for the 2026–27 school year, and we're hoping a few of you might be the perfect fit for some open roles. (Childcare helpers are onsite in the gym, if needed!)
Two we're especially excited to fill:
EDI Representative — Are you someone who lights up talking about the many cultures and backgrounds that make our school community so special? This is your role. You'd attend the bi-monthly QPS EDI subcommittee meetings, bring back the latest news and resources, and make sure Bernazzani's voice is part of the citywide conversation. You'd then share updates at our general PTO meetings. Learn more about the citywide group here:

Communications Coordinator — Love writing, organizing, or keeping people in the loop? We need you! You'd take notes at our meetings (AI note-takers are totally fair game to help!), prepare a quick summary for the principal and chairperson, and help share news through our page, email, the quarterly newsletter, and school flyers. You'd also team up with our Secretary for Technology to keep website content fresh.
No experience required — just enthusiasm and a little bit of time to give back.
