RIBBA RIBBA's services and programs are open to all Rhode Islanders. RIBBA is made up of individuals and businesses of all sizes, backgrounds, and ethnicities.

RIBBA, a nonprofit that breaks down barriers to economic opportunity by connecting business owners, unemployed or underemployed individuals to resources, workforce training & upskilling, job opportunities, financial education, & capital-readiness support. RIBBA is a statewide non-profit organization dedicated to advancing vitality of businesses and career professionals in Rhode Island through contracting, business development resources, entrepreneur training, business advocacy, financial empowerment, workforce development and access to capital. Membership is open to the public. The organization strives to build a purpose-driven Association where people unite and take actions to create lasting change. RIBBA values diversity and celebrates the contributions of people of all backgrounds, regardless of ethnicity, race, gender, abilities, socioeconomic status, culture, sexual orientation, and gender identity. RIBBA leverages the region’s core assets to find solutions in the area that matter most to its members and the underserved community: contract opportunities, wealth generation, access to capital, quality jobs, growth and quality of life.

This month, we are celebrating the people, culture, and businesses that make our community stronger.
