OAPA’s Emerging Planners Group (EPG) is seeking emerging and experienced professionals to participate in our Mentorship Program. Whether you’re looking to inspire others as a mentor or seeking career guidance as a mentee, this program is designed to foster connections and support professional growth.
Why be a Mentor? Mentoring is a rewarding way to give back to the community while expanding your own leadership and networking opportunities. Apply to be a mentor.
Why be a Mentee? Forge a longstanding relationship with a practicing planner who can provide objective advice and access to a wealth of knowledge and opportunities. Apply to be a mentee.
Program Details: Up to 25 mentor/mentee pairs will be matched according to planning areas of interest, job sector preference, and geographic location. The 6-month program runs from January to June and includes three professional development events (on February 6, April 8, and June 18).
