Nikiea Pankey owns CoKiea's Kitchen, a vegan soul food cart and catering company, whose home and business are in districts 1 and 3. She has received support from Livelihood NW thanks to funding through Prosper Portland's Inclusive Business Resource Network (IBRN). Through growing her business skills, Nikiea has been able to expand her business, navigate challenges, and most recently, launch a packaged food product line.
