We will not be running this Friday or Sunday due to the holiday weekend. Our next run will be on Tuesday Nov. 27.

Remember that our run today is at 5PM. It's also a special ice cream run 🍦 We'll stop to get ice cream on the end of our run so bring some cash if you want.

IT'S GETTING DARKER SOONER🌚
and because of that we're changing the times of some of our runs. Our new schedule starts this Friday and is as follows:

Tuesdays - 6:30PM
Fridays - 5:00PM
Sunday - 10:00AM

We hope that you'll still be able to come out to our run. If you've never been to a run it's not too late. In fact you can come to any run you want! Meet us down in the first floor of the Student Rec Center (look for people ready to run)!

The first day of the school year was today and you know what means. RAP is back! Our Fall schedule is as follows:
- Tuesdays 7PM
- Fridays 7PM
- Sunday 10AM
(These may change due to demand and/or sunlight 🙂)

Here is some information for newcomers and returners:

- There is no fee to join the club.
- All you need are some running shoes and clothes.
- We have runners of all ability levels.
- To join make sure you fill out the Rec Center Liability Waiver (https://orgsync.com/18575/forms/154528).
- We meet down on the first floor of the Rec Center. In front of the elevators and near the New Student Welcome Center. Look for people ready to run!

This year is going to be lots of fun and we hope that you'll join us!

It looks like the rain is taking a break this week. Make sure you take advantage of this and join us on on regular scheduled runs:

Tuesday 5PM
Thursday 5PM
**Friday 4PM**
Sunday 10AM

This Friday is going to be a fun run! We'll take a short run and get ice cream afterwards so make sure to bring some money for that!
