Good morning, EBB Family! 🍂

Can you believe it? September is here. Eight months are behind us — eight months of lessons, growth, tears, testimonies, and grace that carried us through it all. And now, we stand at the doorway of a brand new month, with four more left to make this year count.

September carries a different kind of energy. It's back-to-school, back-to-focus, back-to-business energy. It's the month to shake off whatever slowed you down from January to August and say, "The best is still ahead of me." Whatever didn't go as planned in the first two-thirds of this year does not get the final say — you still have room to write a stronger ending.

Remember what the Word says: *"He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion."* (Philippians 1:6) God isn't done with your story. The seeds you planted earlier this year — some quietly, some through struggle — are closer to harvest than you think.

Father, we thank You for grace to see September. We thank You for life, strength, and another chance to build. As we step into this new month, let it exceed every one of the eight months before it. Multiply our efforts. Turn our setbacks into setups for greater testimonies. Open doors that no man can shut, and let September be marked as the month our breakthroughs became undeniable. Give us focus, fresh vision, and the discipline to finish this year strong. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen. 🙏

So here's to September — a fresh page, a renewed fire, and a greater harvest than we've seen all year. Let's make it count, together.

Good morning, EBB Family!

We're stepping into a brand new week — and this week, our word is “The Finish Line”

So many of us started strong this year. We had the vision, the plan, the fire. But somewhere along the way — maybe through delay, disappointment, or just the weight of daily life — the pace slowed down. Here's the truth: starting is a decision, but finishing is a discipline. God is not asking you to go back to the beginning. He's asking you to keep moving from exactly where you are.

Think of Paul's words: *"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."* (2 Timothy 4:7)

He didn't say he never got tired. He didn't say the race was easy. He said he finished. That's the goal — not perfection, just completion.

This week, whatever you've been building — your business, your healing, your faith walk, your dream — take one more step toward the finish line. Don't quit in the chapter that was written to test your endurance, right before your breakthrough.

**Prayer for the Week:**
Father, we thank You for grace to begin again this week. Strengthen our hands for the work still ahead. Give us endurance where we are weary, clarity where we are confused, and courage where we are afraid. Let this be a week of great accomplishment — where every seed sown yields fruit, every effort is rewarded, and every unfinished thing moves closer to completion. Let us not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season, we shall reap. In Jesus' name, Amen. 🙏

Remember: it's not how you start, it's how you finish. Let's cross this week's finish line together — with purpose, with faith, and with each other.

🎉‼️ SPECIAL CONGRATULATIONS ‼️🎉

I am not in the business of keeping people where I found them. I am in the business of sending them further.

That has always been my heart behind mentorship — meeting people at the beginning of their story, believing in what they cannot yet see in themselves, and then celebrating loudly when the world finally catches up to what I already knew: that they were destined for more.

Today, I celebrate one of those moments.

Congratulations to Ms. Blessing Nwankwo on her appointment as Acting Principal of Hefshiba College! 👏🏾 This is what it looks like when discipline meets destiny — when hard work, humility, and vision finally receive the platform they deserve.

Leadership like this doesn't happen by chance. It is cultivated. And when I see it bloom, I don't just applaud from a distance — I stand and celebrate, because every win like this is proof that pouring into people is never wasted.

“For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." — Jeremiah 29:11

Ms. Nwankwo, this is only the beginning. Go further. Rise higher. And keep lifting others as you climb.
