WERE YOU NOT THE ONE WHO DID IT, LORD?

Sometimes, we get so caught up in asking God for the things we do not yet have that we forget to thank Him for the countless things He has already done.

Today, let us pause, look back, and recount the wonderful works of God in our lives.

Let your gratitude become a testimony. Let your memories become an altar of thanksgiving.

Were You not the One who did…

Were You not the One who woke me up this morning, when many did not live to see this day?

Were You not the One who kept me and my family safe through dangers seen and unseen?

Were You not the One who provided for me when I had no idea where the next provision would come from?

Were You not the One who made a way when every door seemed shut?

Were You not the One who healed my broken heart when life gave me reasons to cry?

Were You not the One who gave me strength when I felt I could no longer go on?

Were You not the One who sent helpers into my life when I least expected them?

Were You not the One who turned my tears into testimonies and my disappointments into divine appointments?

Were You not the One who protected my children, guided their steps, and covered them with Your mercy?

Were You not the One who sustained my marriage, strengthened my relationships, and surrounded me with people who genuinely care?

Were You not the One who forgave my mistakes, showed me mercy, and gave me another chance when I did not deserve it?

Were You not the One who fought battles I knew nothing about and delivered me from troubles I never even saw coming?

Were You not the One who gave me peace in the middle of uncertainty and hope in seasons when everything looked impossible?

Were You not the One who carried me through seasons I thought would break me?

Were You not the One who gave me the gift of life, the privilege of family, the blessing of friendship, and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others?

And Lord, were You not the One who did so much more than my mouth can ever express and my memory can ever fully recount?

How then can I remain silent?

How can I complain without remembering Your faithfulness?

How can I focus on what is missing and forget what You have already supplied?

Today, I choose gratitude over grumbling, thanksgiving over complaining, and praise over anxiety.

I may not have everything I desire, but I have countless reasons to be thankful.

My story is not perfect, but God’s faithfulness is evident. My journey is not over, but His goodness has followed me this far.

Beloved, take a moment today. Look back. Remember. Recount. Give thanks.

The God who did it before is still God today!

LORD, WERE YOU NOT THE ONE? YES, YOU WERE! AND FOR THAT, I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL.

Happy Monday, EBB Family!

“The number of my scars is the number of my victory. That's why my praise can never be the same as yours."

Every scar tells a story God wrote. The battles you survived, the doors that closed, the nights you didn't think you'd make it through: none of it was wasted. Each one is proof that God carried you. So when you lift your hands and say "thank You," you're thanking Him for the whole journey, not just the good days. 🙏🏾

Don't compare your journey and praise to anyone else's. Your thanksgiving is personal, and it's earned.

⏳ There are 80 days left in 2026.

That's still plenty of time to finish strong, with faith, with action and with the EBB community beside you.

The train of life does not stop. It keeps moving, and so must you. 🚂✨

There will be days when grief sits heavy on your chest. Days when sadness follows you from room to room. Days when depression whispers, "Just stay here. Don't move."

But hear me, EBB family: **the train is still moving, and your seat is still yours.**

Grief is real. Sadness is real. Tears are not weakness. Even Jesus wept. But you were never meant to *live* at the station of sorrow. You are only passing through it.

So here is what I want you to do today:

🌅 **Take one step.** Not ten. Just one. Get up, wash your face, open the window.
🙏 **Pray, even if all you can whisper is "Lord, help me."** He hears the whisper.
🤝 **Reach out.** Call a friend. Sit with your community. You were not created to carry this alone.
💛 **Be gentle with yourself.** Moving forward does not mean you've forgotten. It means you are honoring life.

And if the heaviness feels like too much, please speak to a trusted pastor, counselor, or doctor. Asking for help is courage, not failure.

Remember: *the joy of the Lord is your strength.* (Nehemiah 8:10) Not your own strength, which may be tired. His strength, which never runs out. 🔥

Your best chapters are still ahead. Your purpose is still alive. Your story is not finished.

So keep moving, EBB family. Keep believing. Keep rising. The train is leaving, and there is room for your dreams on board.

Business is not only about having money and a good product. You also need street wisdom, relationships and respect.

Understand your environment, respect people, and protect your business without unnecessary pride.
