What a fantastic start to EPIC26! Our opening keynote speaker, Hector Perez of Black & Veatch, set the tone with an important conversation about cybersecurity, intelligent operations, and protecting what matters most: safety, reliability, and operational outcomes.

👋 Meet MC Griffith, NETA’s Newest Team Member!

Please join us in welcoming Mary Clare “MC” Griffith to the NETA team as our new Instructional Designer!

As NETA’s Instructional Designer, MC will develop engaging, learner-centered educational content supporting NETA’s training and workforce development initiatives. She will collaborate with technical subject matter experts to transform complex industry information into accessible eLearning courses, assessments, and training resources. MC will also administer NETA’s Learning Management System, reporting, and help evaluate and continually improve the learner experience.

Outside of work, MC enjoys spending time outdoors through hiking, cycling, camping, and foraging. She’s always interested in learning something new, with current hobbies including fiber arts, baking, and bookbinding. She also loves spending time with her partner, Deric, their cat Bob, and enjoying all things spooky! 👻
