Westnedge, on Monday-Friday 10am to 4:30pm and Saturdays 10am to 3::30pm

Refrigerators, freezers, gas and electric stoves, microwaves, washers, dryers and dishwashers. Clean, working. 20 years old or newer. These items must be in working order, clean and in good condition. Sorry, no Dehumidifiers
Architectural Items:
New and gently reclaimed mantels, columns, fireplaces, fireplace inserts, framed stained glass, clean reclaimed wood, and stair railings and spindles
Sorry, No protruding nails, screws or splinters, no damage
Building Materials:
Drywall (full or half sheets), lumber (6’ or longer), plywood (at least 1/4 sheet), baseboard, trim (6’ or longer). Sorry, No-Used deck wood, siding. No nails, no screws, no damage. Bathroom:
Medicine cabinets, toilets (must be low flow (toilet seat must be removed), tubs, towel bars, etc. vanities, new shower surrounds. No damage, clean, working condition. Sorry, no used faucets, tubs, factory-molded sinks, shower doors, unframed/beveled mirrors. Doors:
Interior and exterior – new or used wood, metal, and glass doors with or without frame, in clean, working condition. Sorry No -Shower doors, doors painted multiple times, bifold doors unless new in packaging with hardware
Electrical/Electronics:
Electrical parts and devices new in packaging, new wire, hardware. Flat screen TVs ONLY in great condition and only accepted in-store as they MUST be tested. Sorry, No Tube TV’s, CD/DVD players, etc., miscellaneous wires or parts, Computers, phones, printers or their components
Flooring:
New carpet, new and reclaimed hardwood, new laminate, new vinyl/ linoleum, ceramic tile, slate, porcelain, marble or VCT tile – minimum of 1 box
Sorry, -No used laminate, no used vinyl. No broken, used or partial boxes of tile. No used carpet unless professionally cleaned. Furniture:
Chairs, futons, bed frames, recliners dressers, end tables, dining tables, home office furniture, media centers, sofas & sectionals, shelving units, exercise equipment in great condition
Sorry, No box springs, mattresses, headboards without a frame, entertainment centers (tube TV depth), bunk beds, wire shelving. No rips, stains, tears, damage or missing pieces
Hardware:
K***s, hinges, nails, screws, nuts, bolts, boxes of fasteners, and locks. Clean, in boxes only
Sorry, No-Cans or jars of mixed fasteners or miscellaneous hardware
Home Exterior:
New insulation, shingles, shutters, garage door openers

Home Decor/ Home Interior:
Framed mirrors, lamps, new rugs (or professionally cleaned used rugs), clocks, fine art, framed art, sculpture, full dish sets and serving ware. Sorry No- Vertical blinds or shades, unframed glass including mirrors, cast iron, wallpaper, kitchen utensils, pots & pans
HVAC – New only! Air conditioners, duct work, hot water heaters, furnaces, thermostats
Cabinets: Clean full set or individual kitchen or bathroom cabinets (drawers and hinges attached). New or used countertops
Sorry, No Cabinets with water damage, mold or rot, countertops with cracks or excessive cutouts, granite countertops
Lawn & Garden/Landscaping: Brick and blocks (dirt free and not broken) New edging, new fencing, new or used lawn furniture, yard tools that are clean and in working condition, no gas or oil in machines
Sorry no -Propane tanks, gas or oil containers, backyard play sets, used fencing, used grills
Lighting & Ceiling Fans: New and used light fixtures, chandeliers, sconces, fans, lamps in clean, working condition and less than 20 years old
Sorry, No -Yellow brass light fixtures, used light bulbs, track or can lighting, fluorescent fixtures, fluorescent bulbs, lamps with unpolarized plugs, shop lights
Paint Supplies: New paint brushes, rollers, tape, paint trays, etc. Sorry No -Paint of any kind/condition
Plumbing: New faucets, new piping (minimum 6 ft. long), new plumbing supplies, new water heaters, new garbage disposals. Sorry No, -Used faucets, used water heaters, or water softeners, broken parts, glued pieces, or rust. Tools: Hand tools, power tools, aluminum or fiberglass ladders in clean, working condition. Sorry No, Recalled items, rusted or broken/incomplete tools, table saws, wooden ladders. Windows: Windows (complete with sash and frames), metal window screens. New window replacement parts. Sorry No -Single pane windows, wood screens or loose plate glass , or rotted wood

General Condition Guidelines:
Furniture must be free of rips, stains, holes, and breakage
Appliances must be dent-free, 20 years old or newer, and clean
Hand tools must be rust-free and in good condition
All machines and power tools must be in good working condition
All items must be free of mold, rot, and rust, and clean
All items must be free of protruding nails, screws, or other hazards
All items must be free of damage, in new or gently used condition, with no missing or
glued pieces
