When event season rolls around, we often get asked "What can I expect as a ______ Sponsor?"

The first answer is simple. You can expect that warm and fuzzy feeling of fulfillment having supported TNC's important mission of revolutionizing the way Autistic individuals learn, live and work.

Please join us in congratulating Dimitri, who recently became the newest warehouse associate at Bagel Boss! 🥯

Dimitri started this position as an intern through TNC's "Pathways to Employment" program. He worked so hard each day to learn and improve that when the internship ended, the CEO of the factory hired him on the spot because he saw so much value and work ethic in Dimitri! Now a paid employee, Dimitri is continuing to build his skills and independence in the workplace alongside his job coach, Dani!

In this role, Dimitri works on various tasks including building boxes, packing frozen bagels to be shipped, maneuvering boxes in and out of the deep freezer, and other tasks as needed. He has also assisted with things such as handling bagel dough, packing cookies, and more!

We are so proud of you, Dimitri and can't wait to see what you learn and accomplish in this new role! Please leave a congratulations message for Dimitri in the comments! 🎉
