I Love Being a Girl!

Celebrating Girlhood During Spirit Week

In celebration of International Day of the Girl, our Gwen's Girls participants took part in a special Spirit Week centered around the theme "I Love Being a Girl!"

Throughout the week, our girls had the opportunity to celebrate what makes them unique, embrace their individuality, and express pride in who they are.

Spirit Week was a celebration of confidence, self-expression, sisterhood, and the joy of being a girl.

At Gwen's Girls, we believe every girl deserves to feel valued, empowered, and proud of her identity.

Through moments like these, we continue to create spaces where girls can be themselves, celebrate one another, and recognize the strength and potential they carry.

Because being a girl is something worth celebrating, not just today, but every day!

October 11 is International Day of the Girl — but at Gwen’s Girls, celebrating the brilliance, potential and power of girls is what we do EVERY DAY.

Women and girls around the world have shattered barriers, changed laws, built businesses, advanced medicine, transformed education, created movements and made history.

We’ve come a long way — but there is still work to do.

There are still girls fighting for access to education. Girls whose voices aren’t being heard. Girls who need safe spaces, strong advocates, meaningful opportunities and people who remind them that their dreams are possible.
