HCR’s Robin Gorman, President of the South-Central Building Trades Shawn Steffee, and project partners from Kiewit Corporation recently met with 300+ high school students at the Armstrong-Indiana Career Fair to discuss emerging opportunities in construction, energy, and regional development.

Drawing on real-world industry experience, they hosted a conversation about planning for life after high school, setting meaningful goals, and understanding the wide range of opportunities available in Indiana County and beyond.

The session highlighted how collaboration between community partners is driving growth and creating strong career pathways right here in Western PA.
