There are some people who don’t just encourage you — they challenge you to see yourself, your work, and your impact bigger. ❤️

Today, I have to give flowers to the BEST Executive Managing Director on the planet, Veronica Bahn Bahn!

Veronica, thank you for the way you have poured into me during this journey. Thank you for reminding me that the work we are doing at Lifeology deserves to be seen, heard, supported, and celebrated.

One of my biggest takeaways from is that increasing visibility isn’t about making it about me — it’s about making sure more people know about the young people we serve, the lives being changed, the resources available, and the opportunities to join us in ending youth homelessness.

So I’m leaving ICON with a new commitment:

✨ Show up more.
✨ Tell the story more.
✨ Stop being afraid to take up space.
✨ Let people SEE the impact.
✨ Use my voice so the young people we serve have an even bigger platform.

Veronica, thank you for seeing something in me and continuing to push me toward greater visibility, greater leadership, and greater impact.

I’m listening. ❤️

Lifeology is coming out from behind the work and stepping into the light — because visibility creates opportunity, connection, resources, and IMPACT.

And we’re just getting started.

🎉 Happy Birthday to Lifeology’s #1 Fan & Advocate, Rita Kemp! 🎂💙

Today, we celebrate a woman who doesn’t just support the mission—she shows up for it.

Rita, from organizing drives, sharing our posts, opening doors, and making connections, to believing that every young person experiencing homelessness deserves a pathway to financial freedom, stability, dignity…and yes, CLEAN SHEETS! 😂🛏️

You have been there.

You’ve advocated when no one was watching. You’ve amplified our work so others could see it. You’ve helped make sure our youth have both the practical things they need today and the financial knowledge they need to build their tomorrow.

You may represent WaFd Bank, but to us, you represent what true community partnership looks like. ❤️

Rita, Lifeology loves and appreciates you! Thank you for being one of our loudest cheerleaders, strongest advocates, and most consistent supporters.

Today, we get to cheer for YOU! 🥳

Please help us wish Rita Kemp a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🎉🎂🎈

Here’s to another year of impact, advocacy, financial freedom…and making sure nobody goes without clean sheets! 😂❤️

Happy Birthday, Rita! We love you!

This morning at ICON, I pulled the card “Tap Into Your Imagination.” And whew… it felt right on time. ✨

The reminder was simple: logic can show us what already exists, but imagination allows us to see what could exist.

As an entrepreneur and nonprofit leader, so much of this journey has required seeing possibilities before there was proof—imagining solutions when the resources weren’t there yet, seeing potential in young people when circumstances tried to tell a different story, and believing that an idea could become a movement.

Then the universe gave me another little nudge:

“I know it’s my time to be iconic, and it’s exactly what I need to hear!” 💫

So this morning, I’m giving myself permission to dream bigger, create differently, and stop limiting the vision to what makes sense on paper.

Because sometimes the answer isn’t found in doing what everyone else has already done.

Sometimes you have to imagine what hasn’t been done yet.

And maybe THAT is what being iconic looks like. 💙✨

Tonight was a moment I will never forget. ❤️

I had the honor of standing on the ICON stage and accepting an eWomenNetwork Foundation Award on behalf of Lifeology.

As I held this award, I couldn’t help but think about the journey that brought us here—the young people who trusted us, the nights we answered Safe Place calls, the homes we opened, the beds we prepared, the meals we delivered, the doors we repaired, the grants we prayed over, and every person who chose to believe that young people experiencing homelessness deserve more than somewhere to sleep—they deserve a community where they can LIVE and THRIVE.

This recognition may have been placed in my hands tonight, but it belongs to an entire village.

To the eWomenNetwork Foundation, thank you for seeing Lifeology, believing in our mission, and investing in the young people we serve. To our board, staff, volunteers, partners, donors, BNI family, community supporters, and every person who has shared a post, made an introduction, donated a meal, answered a call, or simply encouraged me to keep going—this moment belongs to you, too.

And to our youth: YOU are the reason. Every milestone, every diploma, every first job, every set of keys, every reunited family, and every young person who begins believing in their future again is why we continue.

Tonight, I stood on that stage incredibly grateful—but also reminded that we are just getting started.

From Phoenix, Arizona to the ICON stage in Dallas… Lifeology is in the room. ❤️

And wherever Lifeology goes, we will continue Empowering Youth.

Community is what makes this mission possible. ❤️

These photos tell a story that often goes unseen.

This week, I spent time restoring one of our housing units myself. As CEO of Lifeology, my responsibility doesn’t end in the boardroom—it begins and ends wherever our young people need safety, stability, and dignity.

The unit had to be cleaned out, sanitized, restored, and prepared for the next young person who needs a safe place to land. While we always hope every youth is ready for the opportunity in front of them, sometimes healing takes longer than housing. Even then, they deserve to have their dignity protected.

I’m incredibly grateful for the community that continues to stand beside us. 💙

Because of your generosity:
🚪 We have received the replacement doors we needed—they’ve been ordered, and we’re just waiting for them to arrive.
🤝 Volunteers, donors, and neighbors continue to remind us that we are never doing this work alone.

One of my favorite reminders is:
“Not every seed you plant will produce a harvest in the same season—but every seed planted in love has purpose.”

That is the work of Lifeology.

Some days it looks like grant writing.
Some days it looks like mentoring.
And some days it looks like gloves, cleaning supplies, and hours spent restoring a room so another young person can begin again.

Every dollar we save by doing the work ourselves is another dollar that goes directly back into serving youth experiencing homelessness.

If you’ve been asking how you can help, we’ve attached our Amazon Wish List with our current priority needs. Every item donated helps us prepare safe, welcoming spaces for the young people we serve.

Thank you for believing in our mission, sharing our story, and helping bring visibility to work that often happens behind closed doors. Because of this community, more young people have a place to call home.

Our hearts are full. ❤️

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the incredible members of the community for rallying around Lifeology and the young people we serve.

After sharing our need for replacement interior doors at one of our transitional housing homes, we were overwhelmed by the immediate response. So many neighbors reached out offering gently used doors, words of encouragement, and support. Your willingness to help reminds us that it truly takes a village to ensure our youth and young adults have safe, stable places to call home.

We are currently taking precise measurements of each doorway so we can respond to everyone who generously offered a door and determine which ones will be the best fit. We promise to follow up with each person as soon as we have those measurements.

We also want to give a very special shout-out our BNI Fanatics Family member Brenda White of Vintage Pest Management and her amazing team for stepping up and offering to purchase a replacement door from Home Depot if needed. Your generosity and willingness to immediately help solve the problem means more than you know. Thank you for investing in the safety and well-being of the youth and young adults we serve.

Many of you also asked how else you could help. We will be posting our Lifeology Amazon Wish List shortly for anyone who would like to support our shelter and transitional housing program with other much-needed items.

To everyone who has commented, shared, offered resources, or simply encouraged us—thank you. And to the Ahwatukee411 community, thank you for fostering a space where neighbors come together to make a tangible difference. We are honored to be part of a community that doesn’t just talk about caring for youth—it shows up.

Together, we’re not just replacing doors.

We’re opening doors to safety, stability, opportunity, and hope for Arizona’s youth and young adults. 💙

Community, we could use your help! 🚪❤️
Please reshare

We are Lifeology, a local Arizona nonprofit with a simple but important mission: ending youth homelessness by creating communities where young people can live and thrive.

Today, we have a practical need. One of the interior bedroom doors at one of our transitional housing homes was damaged and needs to be replaced.

We’re not asking for a free handout—our budget is simply very limited. If you happen to have a gently used interior bedroom door that you’re planning to replace or no longer need, we’d love the opportunity to give it a new purpose. We’ll gladly come pick it up!

We’re looking for:

* Standard interior bedroom door (approximately 30”–32” x 80”)
* Gently used and in good condition

Every dollar we save on repairs is another dollar we can invest directly into housing, education, employment, and support services for the young adults we serve.

If you have a door, know someone remodeling, or can point us in the right direction, please send us a direct message or contact us at 480-758-1527.

Thank you for helping us create safe, welcoming homes where young people can heal, grow, and build brighter futures. ❤️
