ICYMI: We recently filed an amicus brief to appeal a case to the Arizona Supreme Court arguing that politicians should not use citizen dollars to unfairly subsidize private business

Americans for Prosperity Foundation filed an Amicus Brief with the Arizona Supreme Court to appeal a case claiming the City of Peoria illegally handed out funds to bring Huntington University into the city.

For the last three days we've been hosting "Constitution in the Classroom" classes at the Arizona State Capitol and in Mesa! Not too late to join us as we educate citizens on the importance of understanding the history of our nation's founding and the role of the Constitution to protect our fundamental individual rights.
