🌟 What a fantastic way to wrap up the 2026 Southwest RSPA Conference.🌟

Over the past two days, I’ve been reminded why I love this profession so much. The conference brought together passionate coaches, industry leaders, and future professionals who are all committed to growing racquet sports and creating opportunities for others.

From engaging educational sessions and meaningful conversations to time spent on court sharing ideas and learning from one another, the energy throughout the event was inspiring.

One of the highlights was seeing so many young people (including our own STF coaches) involved and experiencing firsthand how our industry continues to evolve and grow. They are the future of our sport, and their enthusiasm gives me great confidence for what lies ahead.

I am incredibly honored to have received the Southwest RSPA Industry Excellence Award. This recognition belongs to everyone who has supported the mission of Serve the Future—our students, families, volunteers, partners, and fellow coaches who believe in the power of racquet sports to change lives.

🙏Thank you to the Southwest RSPA leadership and attendees for creating such a welcoming and impactful event. I leave energized, grateful, and excited for what’s next.

🎉Day 1 at the Southwest RSPA Conference is in the books, and what an inspiring start! 🤩

This conference continues to deliver what makes our industry so special...high-quality education, meaningful conversations, and a strong sense of community centered around racquet sports. 🎾

One of the most exciting things I’ve noticed is the growing number of new and younger faces entering the coaching profession. Their energy, passion, and fresh perspectives are exactly what will help shape the future of our sport. 💪

I’m grateful 🙏 to be learning alongside so many dedicated professionals who are committed to growing the game and creating opportunities for the next generation of players and coaches.

Big moment for our Serve the Future family 🎾🔥

At the PXU District Tennis Tournament, STF athletes showed up in a big way:
• Top 2 boys singles + #2, #3, and #4 doubles teams all competed and were proud STF students!
• Huge shoutout to our own, Trang for finishing 2nd in singles 👏

On the girls side, Camelback High took the District Championship 🏆 and is headed to State — a team STF has supported all year long through our programming...thanks to you! 🙏

This is what it’s all about: development, opportunity, and watching these kids compete at the highest level. Proud is an understatement. 💪

Our STF coaching staff were present each day of the tournament, cheering on our students and the students of PXU. ❤️
