And just like that… the journey begins!

Our first day of the Land and Body Adult Artistic Course: Rhythm, Roots & Storytelling was filled with laughter, connection, creativity, and so much joy.

We gathered, we moved, we listened, we shared, and we began creating something together.

This is only the beginning. Here’s to finding our rhythm, honoring our roots, and telling our stories together.
