Jeff HOPE JeffHOPE is a student-run free clinic located in homeless shelters throughout Philadelphia. Our clinic schedule is:
Mon. — Eliza Shirley, 6-9 p.m.

We link patients to long-term health care as well as provide free, quality acute care to people experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia through five student-run medical clinics. Tues. — Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission, 6-9:30 p.m. Wed. — ACTS/Mercy Hospice, 6-9 p.m. Thurs. — Our Brothers Place, 6-9 p.m. Sat. — Prevention Point, 10:15 a.m.-1:30 p.m. All of our physicians, residents, and medical students are volunteers, but we rely on donations to keep our supplies stocked. We are SO grateful for the time, leadership, and dedication that each of our committee directors has brought to JeffHOPE this year! Thank you for helping us provide care, build connection, and strengthen our community. 💙

A little bit about each of our committees:

🩺 Triage — Streamlining clinic flow and coordination to provide efficient, accessible care to as many participants as possible.

⚖️ Advocacy — Expanding community resources and helping JeffHOPE stay responsive to an ever-changing healthcare and legislative landscape.

📚 Education — Keeping committee members and JeffHOPE informed on critical health and social topics while strengthening our understanding of the communities we serve.

🧸 Kids — Creating a welcoming experience for children at clinic while building trust and connection with their families.

💊 Pharmacy — Keeping clinics stocked with essential medications and adapting our supplies to best meet our patients’ evolving needs.

🩻 Screening & Procedures — Supporting accessible testing and working to expand services that address the needs of our patients.

📈 Quality Improvement — Ensuring our clinics stay aligned with the JeffHOPE mission while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, care, and patient experience.

As we celebrate the incredible leaders who made JeffHOPE what it is this year, today we’re highlighting our five amazing Clinic Directors! 💙

Week after week, they showed up for our patients, our volunteers, and our communities—dedicating countless hours to running clinic and ensuring that each night ran smoothly. Their commitment, reliability, and willingness to step up in every situation made an immeasurable impact on JeffHOPE.

Beyond keeping clinic running, they were incredible sources of support, guidance, and encouragement for their committee members, always making time to answer questions, problem-solve, and help their teams grow. Most importantly, they led with compassion and made sure every patient who walked through our doors felt heard, respected, and cared for. 💙

We are so grateful for the time, energy, and heart you poured into JeffHOPE this year. Thank you for being such dedicated leaders and for making a difference every single week. JeffHOPE would not be the same without you! 🫶

As the 2025-2026 JeffHOPE Director Board comes to an end, we’re taking some time to celebrate and thank the incredible students who have poured their time, energy, and heart into JeffHOPE this year.💙

We’re kicking off our Director Spotlights with our amazing presidents Jordan and Nya! 🥳

Throughout the year, they have led with such compassion, dedication, and thoughtfulness. They have been incredible leaders, tireless advocates for our patients and volunteers, and perhaps more importantly, a constant source of support for the entire JeffHOPE community! We are so grateful for everything they have done to help JeffHOPE grow and continue serving our community. 🫶🏼

Thank you for leading with both heart and purpose– we truly could not have asked for better Presidents!!
