Community & Economic Development Our goal is to bring capital to communities by building bridges between low- and moderate-income areas and mainstream financial institutions.

As a department within the Urban Affairs Coalition, our key topics include:

- Financial Advancement Network (FAN) Clubs & Workshops
- Housing & Foreclosure Prevention Policy Issues & Programs
- Anti-Predatory Lending Policy Issues
- Philadelphia's first Employer Assisted Housing Program

We strive to connect financial institutions, non-profits, for-profits, and government officials to create community and economic change within the Greater Philadelphia region.
