For 40 years, volunteers and Camp staff have helped make Ronald McDonald House Camp a special, safe, inclusive place.

Today, more than 100 volunteers help bring Camp to life each summer in the Pocono Mountains giving their time, energy, and talents to create an unforgettable week for our campers.

We’re so grateful for everyone who has been part of the Camp family over the past four decades!

40 years ago, Dr. Audrey Evans helped bring the first group of campers to Ronald McDonald House Camp, creating a place where children with cancer and their siblings could experience the fun and friendship of a real overnight summer camp.

What began in 1986 has grown into a beloved tradition that continues to bring joy to campers year after year.

As we celebrate 40 years, we’re remembering Audrey and her incredible vision and compassion that started it all.

Ronald McDonald House Camp is celebrating 40 years!

For four decades, Camp has been a place for kids with cancer and their siblings to make friends, try new things, build confidence, and simply enjoy being kids.

We’re kicking off this milestone week with lots of smiles and excitement. Here’s to 40 years of unforgettable memories, and one very special week in the Pocono Mountains!

Another summer of fun at the House!

Our 4th Annual In-House Summer Camp brought six weeks of themed activities, field trips, nightly fun and special memories for families staying at our two Houses.

From a delicious BBQ provided by Hoffman's Exterminating during Rodeo Week to a festive Circus Party hosted by the Persinger Cookie Throwdown , there was plenty of summer fun to go around!

A huge thank you to the Bolte Family Foundation for providing the funding that makes In-House Summer Camp possible and helps our families enjoy these special moments together.

The Khadka family is finally going home after spending 258 nights at the House! Roshan and Dibya stayed close to their daughter, Saanvi, who spent her first months of life receiving care in CHOP's NICU. We're grateful to have been part of their journey and wish them many happy moments together
