This week, President Schieble and Vice President Dembinski proudly represented Local 5241 at the IAFF Strive for Excellence Summit in Las Vegas.

Throughout the summit, they participated in a wide range of classes focused on leadership, labor relations, member engagement, and organizational excellence. The knowledge and strategies gained will directly benefit our membership by strengthening our union, enhancing communication, and improving our ability to advocate effectively for our firefighters.

Just as importantly, this investment in professional development translates to better service for the Pewaukee community. By bringing back innovative ideas and best practices, our leadership continues to ensure that Local 5241 remains strong, prepared, and committed to providing the highest level of service and safety to those we serve.
