🎥VIDEO REQUEST🎥 and check your house.

On Saturday, January 24, 2026 between 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm there was a drive by shooting to multiple houses along River Valley Rd (between River Rd & Les Paul Pkwy) in Waukesha. There may be additional houses that have damage along that road or possibly on side streets. We are also asking everyone on River Valley Road (between River Rd & Les Paul Pkwy) and surrounding streets (see attached map with rectangle area) to review camera footage you have on Saturday, January 24 from 7:30 pm - 8:45 pm. If you see vehicles and/or can hear gunshots please call Detective Behrendt 262-524-3926 to report your findings. Please share this information with your neighbors that don't have Facebook.
Also, don't be alarmed if an officer comes to your house. They are canvasing the area for additional video so you may see them out and about this week.

On December 3, 2025, at 9:07 p.m., an Elm Grove officer conducted a traffic stop in the 12200 block of West Bluemound Road. During the stop, the officer learned the driver, Navario Spencer, a 20-year-old Milwaukee man, had an active Kenosha County warrant. Before officers could take him into custody, Spencer fled the scene on foot, running into nearby properties and through deep snow as officers pursued him.

Thanks to a coordinated perimeter and K9 track provided by the City of Brookfield and City of Wauwatosa Police Departments, Spencer was located on W. Potter Rd. and taken into custody without further incident. One officer sustained an injury during the incident.

Spencer was transported to the Waukesha County Jail with charges including Resisting – Causing soft tissue injury to a law enforcement officer, and the confirmed Kenosha County warrant. No contraband or weapons were found during the arrest.

Spencer appeared in Waukesha County Court yesterday afternoon and a $5000.00 signature bond was set.

We thank the Brookfield and Wauwatosa Police Departments for their swift response and K9 assistance.

If you observe suspicious activity or have information during an emergency or ongoing incident, please contact our 24/7 dispatch center. Your timely reports help keep Elm Grove safe.

No additional information regarding this incident will be released at this time.
