We’re excited to share Community Smiles Dental’s new Strategic Plan — a roadmap for growth, impact, and sustainability as we continue working toward a future where everyone has access to a healthy smile.

Our priorities are clear: strengthen our revenue mix, expand our programmatic reach, and enhance our culture and strategic capacity — including preparing for our future Milwaukee clinic.

We’re grateful to Steve Zimmerman and Spectrum Nonprofit Services for their thoughtful partnership. Steve has supported CSD’s strategy work since 2022, helping us build a strong foundation for growth and carry that momentum forward.

Now until July 31st our Waukesha clinic will be seeing patients at WCTC - Waukesha County Technical College while renovations take place.

We’re grateful for our partnership with WCTC and are so appreciative that they welcomed us into their space with open arms.
