The International Luxury Hotel Association is a membership based global non-profit association for the luxury hospitality and travel industry. The ILHA provides its members with the resources needed to enhance professionalism, ensuring their continued growth and success to better meet and exceed the expectations of their guests. The ILHA brings together hotel and travel companies, industry profess
ionals, governments and educators with the common goal of improving standards and promoting innovation in service and design in the luxury segment of the hotel industry. We achieve these goals through education, training and communication in three key areas that differentiate the luxury segment for the rest of the hotel industry: service, design and technology. Goals of the ILHA are:
To improve service standards by providing educational resources and training on luxury hotel service standards to hotels, tourism organizations and professionals that can be utilized anywhere in the world. To create a global forum for communication between key players in the luxury hospitality industry in order to advance and grow their businesses more efficiently. To promote innovation in the luxury hotel industry through education, training and recognition of its members. To help its members make decisions about the role of technology in their hotels by providing an unbiased source of information on industry trends and best practices. The ILHA is incorporated as The International Luxury Hotel Association Inc. in the State of Florida, USA as a non-profit organization and has a 501(c)6 application filed and pending with the Internal Revenue Service.
