The application includes questions to help understand if a child is eligible for Children’s Medical Services - one of the four programs the Florida KidCare application screens eligibility for. Children’s Medical Services (CMS) plan is for children that have special healthcare needs that require extensive preventive and ongoing medical care. Every CMS Health Plan member has a dedicated Care Manager to help families coordinate healthcare and understand their expanded benefits. Families can to access quality affordable coverage for their children ages 0-18.

Have a child 18 or younger that lost their Medicaid coverage due to income? They may be eligible for Florida KidCare which offers the same head-to-toe coverage with low out of pocket costs.
