"Founded in August of 2025, Hertz So Good Energy is a practice of sound therapy and Reiki located on Metcalf Avenue and 154th Street. The solo practitioner, Stella Abella, is a nurse of 36 years with diverse clinical experience, including critical care, anesthesia, clinical research, infusion therapy, and allergy/immunology. Through this journey, she has come to recognize that her true calling lies in vibrational and energy-based healing.

Sound therapy uses instruments such as singing bowls and tuning forks to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and realign the body’s natural frequencies when disrupted by trauma, illness, and emotional strain. Reiki is a Japanese energy practice that channels universal life force energy through gentle hand placements to restore energetic harmony and support healing. Together, sound therapy and Reiki work synergistically - clearing energetic pathways and replenishing them with healing energy.
