We’re excited to share that the OEGlobal 2026 keynote program is now live.

Four keynotes over three days; yet there is one question we find ourselves returning to, again and again: what do we, as a community, owe to the people Open Education was built for?

We begin with poetry, then hand the microphone to students, then bring together leaders in open science, open publishing, and open policy to ask, candidly, what we might be missing about each other. Finally, we close with a question that rarely gets the spotlight: how do we make this work sustainable?

Every keynote will be accessible to all registered participants, whether you join us in Cambridge or connect from elsewhere in the world.

We believe this programme reflects where open education is heading—toward deeper questions, more voices, and a stronger sense of shared purpose. We’d love to hear your thoughts.
