Save the dates: Studio HPDC’s High-Performance Buildings for Carpenters course is back! From February 6th-27th we will be meeting on Thursdays from 1pm-6pm for hands-on high-performance building assemblies and tips.

A ticket is a $50 minimum donation to the StudioHPDC which include dinner and drinks.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We are looking to raise $10,000.00 by May so we can continue our green building education programs.

As you know this past fall we hosted a High Performance Building for Carpenters course which was a huge hit! With this course, more carpenters are able to have access to the knowledge of high performance building. With these new stretch codes coming in, it’s definitely necessary to help provide resources to this kind of information.

We would like to continue to provide these educational trainings to those in this field but as a non-profit, we need to raise money to help us continue.

“A new training center for Passive House and high-performance building education recently opened in Newton, Massachusetts, conceived and constructed by Auburndale Builders. The Studio for High-Performance Design and Construction occupies one end of the newly renovated Auburndale Builders office. The existing building was a one-story concrete garage 70 feet long and 20 feet wide, with concrete floors, walls, and ceilings.” - Passive House Buildings
