It doesn’t matter when you started your business. You can always go back and strengthen the foundation.

I know women entrepreneurs who built businesses, attracted clients, generated revenue, and experienced some level of success without having every piece of their business foundation in place.
Then an opportunity came.

A contract.
A partnership.
A funding opportunity.
A corporate client.
A speaking opportunity.

Our Executive Leadership Advisory Board is made up of accomplished women who have dedicated their careers to serving entrepreneurs, building businesses, creating opportunities, and strengthening communities.

Together, our board represents more than 50 years of combined experience supporting women in business.

About one year ago, we launched the Staten Island Chapter of the Real Sisters Rising Women Business Association with one goal: build a community where women entrepreneurs can connect, collaborate, and grow together.

Today, I'm proud of what we've accomplished.

Our first year in numbers:

• Founded September 2025
• First multicultural chapter in RSRWBA
• 4 dedicated chapter leaders
• 10 founding members
• 8 chapter meetings hosted
• 3 business partnerships formed between members
• 10 members featured in SistersRise! Magazine
• 4 members spotlighted across RSRWBA social media
• 4 members who worked directly with me have elevated their businesses through greater structure, visibility, and growth
• Secured a dedicated meeting space through a valued community partnership

We meet monthly on the second or third Thursday at 6:30 PM.

While these numbers matter, what matters even more are the relationships being built, the businesses growing, and the women choosing collaboration over competition.

This is only the beginning. As we continue building the Staten Island Chapter, our focus remains the same: helping women entrepreneurs become more visible, more connected, and better positioned for long term success.

Thank you to every member, leader, partner, and supporter who has helped make our first year meaningful.
