What an extraordinary and unforgettable evening. ✨

It was our tremendous honor to co-sponsor a celebration marking the 100th birthday of Holocaust survivor Mr. David Einhorn. Reaching this incredible milestone is a true testament to his resilience and faith. 🥳🎊🎉🎂🎁

A heartfelt thank you to our fellow co-sponsors and for partnering with us to make this meaningful event possible.

We were honored to be joined by elected officials, community leaders, and friends from across the community including our friends from Makor. A special thanks to our MC and to Rabbi Goldwasser for sharing inspiring Divrei Chizuk. Thank you to all our elected officials who were able to join us and give Mr. Einhorn Proclamations and Citations. It truly made the evening even more meaningful. and Assembly Member Kalman Yeger.

One of the evening’s most moving moments was the beautiful Siyum and the completion of a Sefer Torah, with the final letters written in honor of Mr. Einhorn and in memory of his parents and siblings who perished in the Holocaust.

May we continue to preserve the memories of those we lost, celebrate the lives and legacies of our survivors, and pass their stories on to future generations. 🎥

It was a pleasure to welcome Assemblymember to the Makor Jaffa Family Center for a special ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the newest addition to the Makor fleet. 🚐✂️ 🎉 This vehicle was made possible through Assembly Member Simcha Eichenstein’s generous support and steadfast commitment to our mission. We are incredibly grateful for this partnership and the positive impact it will have on the individuals that we serve.

As we close out the FY26 Mental and Emotional Health for Caregivers program, we are reflecting with so much pride and gratitude. Last week, in collaboration with , hosted a beautiful Rosh Chodesh Sivan brunch at the Jaffa Family Center, bringing together Holocaust survivors and individuals with specialized needs for a meaningful morning of connection and community. The atmosphere was warm, energetic, and truly uplifting, making the gathering a special experience for everyone involved. Over 50 Holocaust survivors received Flowers and Cheesecakes ahead of Shavuos. Those who could not be at the event in person, received them via home delivery from our amazing Individuals. Thank you to our incredible sponsor for the flowers.
