The CYDC "My Way" is an organization with over 20 different programs for children ages 5 to 18. Our programs include classes in art, music, dance, sports and much more with over 100 students attending them. These children come from different backgrounds, nationalities and religions. With a team of friendly and professional staff we aim to provide each child with the opportunity to explore differe
nt activities which can allow them for them to uncover their talents and hobbies, leading to a more fulfilling professional and personal future. At "My Way", our motto is "Each One Must Shine" and we align our goals and teaching methods to ensure this. We focus on having a great variety of classes and activities so that each child can explore and find one that he loves and shines in. In addition to teaching various classes, we see to it that our students reach new heights by performing and participating in concerts, fairs, parades, exhibitions and competitions. Our organization strives to help children in low income families as well as those living in large families to be able to enter the world of music, art, dance and sport without having to worry about their financial situation. Along with that, we aim to help keep these children in tact with their roots and assist in keeping their culture alive. Another important aspect of "My Way" is its multiculturalism. We believe that our students should be exposed to classes that teach them about their own traditions and roots, while at the same time, educating and opening them up to the cultures of their peers. With a diverse and caring staff we are able to provide an open and warm environment where any child can feel welcome.
