The York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) is inviting families to share how the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) has made a difference in their lives.

Please share this short, voluntary survey with the families you serve and encourage them to participate by Aug. 13. Their stories will help highlight the impact of CCAP on children, families, and communities across New York State.
