Last week, we called on Mayor Mamdani to fulfill his climate promises.

Energy bills are skyrocketing and the worsening effects of climate change are being felt across our city. Zohran promised to make NYC a city we can afford but by hesitating to fulfill his commitments on climate, we're forced to pay the price of increasing energy prices and unclean air.

For lower bills, good jobs, and air we can breathe, we need the mayor to:

1. Clean up pollution from buildings
2. Invest in green, healthy schools, and
3. Fight fossil fuel infrastructure

People across New York and Pennsylvania have been fighting the Constitution Pipeline since 2012 and were successful in defeating it years ago.

But now the proposal is back, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has a comment period open about the environmental impacts of the pipeline. We must flood them with comments to show continued resistance to this disaster of a pipeline proposal. Submit a comment before September 21st with our online tool:

Zohran, keep your climate commitments!

On the campaign trail, Zohran committed to fighting climate change in NYC. He promised to close Eric Adams' landlord loophole in the City's landmark climate law, to keep our kids safe by investing in green healthy schools, and to fight against fracked gas infrastructure.

Nine months in, we're still waiting. Zohran ran - and won - on an affordability agenda. Addressing climate change is critical to making New York a city for all of us with clean air, good jobs, and energy we can actually afford. It's time to remind him of what he promised - join us at City Hall on Sept 30 @ 12pm

Still asking Governor Kathy Hochul to take further action to fully protect NY from data centers!

We need
- Thorough environmental & health studies
- Mandatory community hearings
- Define “hyperscale data centers” as 20 MW+

And that’s why Kathy Hochul must sign the Data Center moratorium passed by the legislature into law! Her executive order was a great first step, but it falls short of what we need.
