UA3 established The Community First Food Pantry, the first pantry to serve Chinatown Manhattan.

🚚 The UA3 truck can do it all... but when a nearby community partner needs fresh produce ASAP, our volunteers load up carts and haul fresh food across Chinatown 🛒🚶‍♀️🍌

Sharing some heartwarming moments from Confucius Plaza earlier today! 🍎🌸💙❤️

This event was a collaboration of neighbors and supporters, both big and small! We welcomed some of our close neighborhood organizations, including , , , the school, and .

Our elected officials of the district showed up as well, and support our work in the neighborhood and came to share words with residents.

A special thank you to for supporting this event and sending volunteers to help distribute food and resources throughout the day. As UA3 President Don Hong shared, meaningful things can happen when non-profits, government, and businesses come together with a shared purpose.

Thank you to everyone who contributed their time, resources, and energy today. Together, we're building a stronger, healthier, and more connected Chinatown.

It's an inspiring story of the U.S. Surgeon General's Commissioned Officer Corps. After the film, stay for a panel discussion with service officers and hear their firsthand experiences serving our country.

(Spread love, it's the Brooklyn way! 🏘💙❤️) This Saturday, UA3 joined important community leaders and organizations to deliver fresh produce bags to the local tenants and neighbors at Gowanus Houses.

Thank you to the volunteers and essential support from Grand Street Settlement and Congressman Dan Goldman's office .

Together, we bought together neighbors and created a day full of nutritious food, connections, and music. 🍎🥕 🎶

UA3's Senior Smartphone Workshop has been keeping our interns busy these past two weeks! They've been providing personalized tech support to neighborhood seniors on the pantry line and at our official workshops at the Manny Cantor Center. 🍎

From essential translation platforms, health management apps like mychart or the basics of internet privacy, we're making sure a vulnerable community isn't left behind in the tech world 💬📱🧓👵

Bridging the digital divide! 📱🌎

Last Wednesday, young interns offered digital support for their Mandarin-speaking elders in our new Better Health With Your Smartphone workshop! 👩‍🏫

For many of these elders, navigating through the U.S. with their native language all these years hasn't been easy. After our workshop, we were happy to see seniors feeling more confident to find trustworthy information online to benefit their health and social circle! Next workshop, April 1st!

Moments like this remind us that to build community, one must be community! ❤️💙

It's time for a Lunar New Year! 🎊🎶🏮
Welcoming in the year of the horse 🐴 and welcoming in another year of community led action! We send out all our best wishes to our neighbors and followers.
