New York Art Competitions Connecting artists to New York’s art scene through juried competitions and prestigious exhibitions. Artists may enter more than one competition.

NY Art Competitions is a division of The New York Fine Arts Group, that was established in 1984 by the late Miki Stiles, an artist who wanted to break into the NY art market and opened her own gallery, Agora Gallery. Ever since, NY Art Competitions has been providing artists/with competition opportunities to benefit them in advancing in their careers and promoting their work to a greater audience.

Our competitions for artists and photographers from around the world offer awards such as cash prizes, international exposure, participation in art fairs in the U.S., participation in group exhibitions in Chelsea, New York and many other promotional opportunities. New York Art Competitions hosts two (2) annual juried art competitions.

Blending ancient Japanese techniques such as raised coloring, foil, and lacquer with a contemporary artistic approach, Eisui’s works reveal delicate layers of transparency, intricate linework, and subtle color. Each piece reflects a harmonious balance between tradition and innovation, offering viewers a moment of quiet beauty.

Eisui is a recipient of the Collective Exhibition award from the 37th Chelsea International Fine Art Competition.

Congratulations to the selected artists of the 40th Chelsea International Fine Art Competition.

From thousands of submissions, a group of artists has been selected for the Collective Exhibition, and this reel features their work. These pieces will be presented together in New York City as part of this year’s exhibition. Each of these selections stood out for the clarity, strength, and presence of the work, and marks an important step toward exhibiting in New York City.

We will be sharing a second reel shortly featuring the remaining award recipients, including the Cash Award, Zine Award, Newsletter Feature, ARTmine Promotion, and Honorable Mentions.
