Violence prevention isn’t just about stopping a single incident; it’s about breaking generational cycles, mentoring youth, and showing up when hope feels out of reach.

We are incredibly proud of Luna Hernández, a participant in the National Farmworker Jobs Program in New Jersey, who has successfully completed her training as a Pharmacy Technician and recently graduated from U.S. Navy basic training!

⚓️🇺🇸As the daughter of farmworkers, Luna’s journey is a powerful testament to the strength and resilience of farmworker families.

🌾💪 Her hard work and perseverance not only reflect her dedication to her goals but also serve as a great inspiration to her younger siblings and our community.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦This amazing achievement was made possible through the support of our dedicated PathStone New Jersey team.

We are incredibly proud of our Puerto Rico team for successfully hosting the first-ever "Building Prosperity in Puerto Rico" Symposium! 🇵🇷✨

Co-organized by our Direct Services Division and The Enterprise Center at PathStone, this landmark event brought together local farmers, industry experts, and community leaders at the historic Hacienda Lealtad in Lares.

The day was packed with strategic sessions focused on empowering the island's agricultural sector, featuring expert panels on business financing, digital marketing, water conservation, and federal funding opportunities.

A special thank you to the USDA and all our allied partners for supporting this vital initiative to drive sustainable economic and agricultural growth in our communities.
