🌟 Congratulations to our new welding professionals in Puerto Rico! 🌟

Hard work and dedication pay off! 🎉 We are immensely proud to celebrate the graduation of 17 participants from our National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP) in Puerto Rico. 👨‍🏭👩‍🏭

These dedicated students not only completed a rigorous 225-hour Industrial Welding certification, but they also took the extra step to ensure their safety in the workshop by earning their 10-hour OSHA Construction Safety certification. 🛠️🛡️

Behind every great achievement is a committed team guiding the way. We want to extend a special thank you and recognition to the Training and Employment Coordinators from Naranjito and Arecibo, Eldjulisse de Hostos and Edwin Fernández respectively, for their leadership, constant support, and dedication to helping this group reach the finish line. 💼✨

Thanks to their resilience and commitment to the future, these graduates now have the tools and technical expertise needed to shine and carve out their path in the workforce. The sky is the limit!

Over the past few days, the PathStone Direct Services Division in Puerto Rico hosted a transformative gathering. Our leaders from New York, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, New Jersey, and Maine came together with a clear purpose: to strengthen our capabilities and ensure that every community we serve receives our very best.

📈 What was our focus?
During an intense week of collaboration and meaningful dialogue, we worked on:
