New resource for overdose prevention in Connecticut!!!

The Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH) has launched the Report on Connecticut Unintentional Overdose Deaths, an interactive dashboard with monthly updates on overdose deaths by town, region, and statewide trends

This public tool helps health professionals, community organizations, and local leaders identify patterns, guide prevention efforts, and connect people to care. Because behind every number is a person, a family, and a community

If you felt the shift during the first part of our Seeds of Healing Initiative, just wait until you see what we're bringing to the table this time!

The Healing Table brings our virtual institute back together to dive even deeper into collective healing, shared wisdom, and practical tools for well-being

We are continuing our journey of growth, community, and wellness, and we want you to be apart of the table

It's hard to believe that this wonderful journey is coming to a close. As we come into the closing week of our "Echoes of Hope" institute, our Week 4 theme is "TRANSFORM".

Over the last month, we took our pain and learned to heal. We honored our loved ones through remembrance. We rolled up our sleeves and restored our communities. Now we shift into fixing what's being broken. We are aiming to build a new reality to where gun violence has no home.

It's bittersweet to say goodbye to this chapter, but look at everything we we're able to build together. The institute ends, but the movement continues. We refuse to let this momentum to go to waste.

HIV is a health condition, not a moral judgement.

By breaking down stigma, championing prevention, and offering open arms, our communities can be sanctuaries of hope, healing, and true inclusion.

Faith calls us to love without limits.

We've honored the past and remembered, and we've took some time and held a space to heal. Now for Week 3 of "Echoes Of Hope", our theme and goal is to "RESTORE".

Gun violence tries to fracture our neighborhoods, but we can put the pieces back together. We have to build a bulletproof infrastructure for our future that is stronger and safer than before. We have to dive deep into community reinvestment

We are done waiting for change, we are engineering it. The blueprint is right in front of us, let's execute it together.
