East Midtown Partnership In this diverse, upscale community, you will find everything you want within just a few blocks.

As one of the largest of New York City’s 76 Business Improvement Districts, the East Midtown Partnership covers all or part of 48 blocks of Midtown Manhattan. The organization is funded through an assessment on commercial property owners and managed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of property owners, business owners, residents, and community stakeholders.

Free NYC Neighborhood Passports are available now through July 19 at any library branch across all five boroughs. Pick one up and use it to explore the World Cup happening all around you.

Visit the Society of Illustrators to collect 2 of the 12 passport stamps designed by NYC-based artists who represent communities and neighborhoods across the boroughs.

Have you noticed the sidewalks a bit clearer of late? That’s because no longer are trash bags being placed on street corners. They’re being brought to trash containers strategically placed around the neighborhood where they wait for pickup.

Our partners The Doe Fund have helped make this transition easy and seamless for the neighborhood.

Art on the Ave has made its way down Park Avenue to our friends with Grand Central Partnership!

Just across the street from Grand Central Terminal is 📍120 Park Ave and home to the newest studio space for Art on the Ave.

Spring is making its way to the East Midtown, and we wanted to celebrate with a photo contest!

Show us those flowers blooming. Show us people enjoying an al fresco lunch. Show us community volunteers cleaning and planting. Show us what Spring means to you and our neighborhood.

There is no entry fee!

Your images will be reviewed by a panel of judges from our community, and the winners will receive gift certificates to area restaurants and other prizes from area businesses. Winning images will also be displayed during a community-wide celebration to celebrate Spring Awakening in East Midtown.
