Lucid Body House

Lucid Body House The Lucid Body House is NYC's Home for the Physical Actor. Attend a workshop, get private coaching or rent space for your next event.

The Lucid Body is a hands on technique for the actor striving for authenticity. This physical technique offers a path for the actor who wants to open his body to every human potential, not just to some. At the Lucid Body House in NYC we offer acting workshops, classes and coaching based on the Lucid Body technique. To see our teaching schedule visit: http://lucidbody.com/acting-workshops/

We also rent out space to guest teachers whose work is consistent and resonant with that of the Lucid Body. For more info visit http://lucidbody.com/lucid-body-house/

Signups are still open for our LUCID BODY MASTERCLASS on SEPTEMBER 17!!! 👯‍♀️

Join us for some shadow work—we all live in a personality that’s “comfortable” to us. What about the layers underneath? During this master class, we’ll uncover a shadow or two and let them out to play. After all, self-knowledge is key for the emotional & physical expansion of the actor 🎭
