🎓 Celebrating our 2026 BGA Mid-Hudson graduates!

On Tuesday, September 22nd, BOC Network was proud to celebrate its graduates of the NYS MWBE Business Growth Accelerator (BGA) Mid-Hudson Program, operated by BOC Network with funding and support from the New York State Division of Minority and Women’s Business Development.

Throughout the program, our businesses strengthened their skills, operations, and connections through management training, one-on-one support, technical assistance, and opportunities to learn alongside fellow entrepreneurs.

We were honored to welcome our incredible keynote speakers, U.S. Rep. George Latimer, New York State Senator Jamaal T. Bailey, and Westchester County Executive Ken Jenkins , who joined us in celebrating our graduates and shared resounding remarks during the program. We also heard from Jason M Clark Clark, Executive Director of the NYS Division of Minority and Women’s Business Development; Doni Soro, Statewide Economic Development Strategist, Division’s Business Development Unit; and BGA graduate, President of Creative Direction Construction & Design and Mount Vernon Council Member Andre Wallace.

A special thank you to Wartburg for hosting us, and to André Wallace for his support in bringing the celebration together.

The celebration also featured our “Beyond BGA: Accelerating the Next Stage of Growth” panel with BGA alumni Diane Moore of CleanWork Solutions, graduate Roxanne Guerrerio of KCM Contracting Inc., and Elton Paul of GLP & Sons. Together, they reflected on their experiences in BGA, the lessons they’re carrying forward, and what’s ahead as they continue to grow their businesses.

And, of course, congratulations to our graduates! We’re proud of everything you’ve accomplished and look forward to staying connected as you continue building toward what’s next.
