👑 GOD, THAT’S A GOOD CAST 👑

Three fierce Heartbeat alums, two amazing (and a-meow-zing) new faces, and one absolutely killer cast take the stage for QUEENEY TODD: The Demon Bottom of Fleet Street, our genre- and gender-bending 11th Annual Drag Opera Extravganza!

🔪 NATHANIEL SULLIVAN as QUEENEY TODD (Jokanaan in our smash-hit SALOME, Constance: A Confession at Experiments in Opera)

🤤 MATT DENGLER as MRS. LOVEDICK (The Chevalier Des Grieux in our celebrated production and first-ever cast recording of MANON!, A Little Night Music on Broadway)

💗 ELIZA BONET as ROSINA (Martha in our acclaimed FAUST, Doña Clementina at Opera Southwest)

🍆 IMARA MILES as THE TOP (Complications in Sue at Opera Philadelphia, Romeo & Juliet at Opera Theatre of Saint Louis)

✂️ JONATHAN BURKE as THE BARBER (CATS: The Jellicle Ball at PAC NYC and on Broadway, The Inheritance on Broadway)

CAMP, COUTURE, and CARNAGE… you’ll be gagged. Performances begin October 22 at Judson Memorial Church - New York City!

Heartbeat friends and fam were on the scene for last night’s unforgettable opening to the 2026–27 season at The Metropolitan Opera. Heartbeat co-Founder Louisa Proske directed a smashing MACBETH, and we couldn’t be prouder. BRAVA!

Our biggest congratulations to Heartbeat co-Founder Louisa Proske and everyone involved with the The Metropolitan Opera’s new production of MACBETH, which opens their 2026–27 season tonight!

We’re celebrating at the Met this Thursday with an intimate conversation between Louisa and Heartbeat Artistic Director Jacob Ashworth. The event, which was previously sold out, has been moved to the main Auditorium, and more tickets are now available!
