For over 25 years, Cool Culture has helped families across NYC discover the power of arts, culture, and community. 💛

When a child walks into a museum and sees themselves reflected. When a caregiver feels welcomed in a cultural space. When families create memories, build confidence, and explore together—those moments matter.

This spring, we're raising $20,000 by June 30 to help ensure more families can access the cultural experiences they imagine.

Your gift supports:

✨ Cool Culture Club Listening Tours
✨ Parent Power (PP4CE)
✨ School & community partnerships
✨ Free cultural access for families across NYC

Every donation helps create more opportunities for children and caregivers to learn, connect, and thrive through culture. Become a sustaining donor today. Even $5/month helps keep culture within reach for NYC families. 💫

✨ Listening. Creating. Connecting. ✨

Earlier this spring, families, educators, and community members gathered at Poster House for a powerful stop on our Culture & Connection: Family Listening Tour.

Together, we explored Act Black: Posters from Black American Stage & Screen, reflecting on how art, storytelling, and visual culture shape the way we see ourselves and our communities. While adults and educators participated in guided conversations about cultural access and belonging, children engaged in hands-on artmaking with teaching artists, expressing their ideas through creativity and play.

From thoughtful discussions to shared meals and meaningful connections, the day reminded us that families hold valuable knowledge about what welcoming, inclusive cultural spaces can look and feel like.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared your experiences, and helped shape this ongoing work. Your voices continue to guide the future of cultural equity across NYC. ❤️

📣 Haven't joined a Listening Tour yet? There's still time to register for our next stop tomorrow!

As we close out Women’s History Month, we honor the women who nurture curiosity, guide young learners, and build stronger communities every day 💐

From moms and grandmas to aunts, caregivers, educators, and cultural workers—women are at the heart of how families experience art, culture, and connection across NYC.

At Cool Culture, we see this every day—women opening doors for children to discover new ideas, new stories, and new possibilities.

For this month and always, we celebrate the leadership, care, and creativity that women bring to our communities—and the ways they help shape a more joyful, inclusive future for all families.

💛 To all the women who show up, lead, and inspire—we celebrate you.

✨ Help a family make lasting memories
