Monarch Festival at Art on the Parish Green

09/22/2026

🦋 What a weekend! 🦋

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the Monarch Festival such a fun and memorable weekend! From the amazing artists and vendors to the food trucks, musicians, volunteers, sponsors, and everyone who stopped by, we couldn’t have done it without you.

We absolutely loved seeing the parish green filled with families, friends, art, food, laughter, and, of course, butterflies! 🦋

A huge thank-you to everyone who helped make the festival possible and to all of you who came out to support St. Paul's, New Albany and the Arts Alliance of Southern Indiana.

We hope you had as much fun as we did. We are already looking forward to seeing everyone next year! 🦋💙

As we were setting up for tomorrow’s festival, this little beauty came by for a visit to sip some rain water. Minutes later a monarch fluttered by.

🍴🦋 COME HUNGRY! WE HAVE A FOOD CRAWL! 🦋🍴

Start with Bitchin' Biscuits and prepare to have a serious biscuit-and-gravy dilemma. Go classic, go spicy, or go cheesy.

Then hit Ramiro's Cantina for bold, flavorful Mexican street food, followed by crispy, golden goodness from Docks Seafood.

Save room for Wink's Homemade Ice Cream, because Banana Cream Pie, Bourbon Ball, Blueberry Buttermilk, and Chocolate Dream are not flavors you walk past.

Grab Honey Run Kettle Corn and a lemon shake-up for the rest of your festival wandering.

And, finish it all with a glass of w**e from Turtle Run W**ery on Saturday or a cold b**r from Donum Dei Brewery on Sunday.

🦋 The Monarch Festival Food Crawl
Start with biscuits.
Keep going with street food.
Add some fried fish.
Absolutely get the ice cream.
Grab the kettle corn for later.
Finish with a drink.

Who’s your food-crawl partner? Tag them below and start planning your stops! 👇
