Summer is here and we’ve got some updates to our group exercise schedules! First up, we now have Les Mills BodyPump Heavy in our regular class rotation! Come try out this new take on an old favorite! Here are our other changes:

- BodyPump on Monday and Wednesday evenings has moved from 5:30pm to
5:45pm.
- Yoga on Monday and Wednesday evenings now begins at 7pm instead of 6:45pm.
- Get Rollin’, which was on Fridays at 11:15am, has been removed from the schedule. We encourage you to try other classes to see what works for you!
-The Sunday 11:05am BodyPump class has transitioned from regular BodyPump to
BodyPump Heavy.
-Tonya is once again teaching in the water outdoors at River Run. Y members
receive free admission to these classes.
-The evening 6pm community-led Water Fitness class has been removed from the
schedule.

We offer tons of classes so come try them out and find your favorite!
