Shoebox Challenge

You will need about 3 yards of background fabric. Can have yardage or scraps (ex: 32 fat quarters). Each finished block is 12 inches. More instruction in June, boxes and fabric we bring in July. Tee showed us her Shoebox Quilt when we did this a few years ago. It is great fun!

Block of the Month: How Sweet it is!

Tee explained the challenge. We each received a small bag with ten jellybeans. We blindly removed 4 candies. Of the remaining 6 colors
we are to use at least 3 of those colors in our piece. Our piece can be a 12 x 18 placemat, or a 12 x 12 block or a 12 x 12 wall hanging, apron, journal cover, pillow, tote or wearable. Due in August.
