New Level CDC builds and rents safe, fit, & affordable homes. We are a HUD-approved housing counseling agency for Homebuyer, homeowner & rental counseling.

New Level CDC works with community partners to “fill the gap” in affordable housing in Nashville by building homes attainable by families with moderate incomes. New Level CDC is a nonprofit housing services agency working with First-time Home Buyers to educate, empower and provide housing opportunities. New Level CDC is a HUD approved agency certified to train First-time Home Buyers in Pre- and

Post-purchase curriculum. Completion of our workshop will qualify home buyers for the THDA, USDA-RD, FHA, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and other special mortgage loans and down payment assistance loans. Schedule a Credit & Financial Checkup to create an action plan that will help you increase your credit score, reduce debt and increase savings; putting you on the path to home ownership.also build and manage affordable housing units. New Level CDC builds quality homes that are priced for low-to-moderate income families to purchase with subsidies provided through grants and funding.
