Last night we had some AWESOME superheroes join us for the first week of our Super Power Series! 💥🦸

💪 Kiddos joined our LCSW for fun games that helped them identify their own superpowers and use those to make good choices

💚 Meanwhile parents and caregivers talked with our BCBA about parenting strategies, sharing their experiences and building community with other families

We can't wait for our superheroes to visit again next week!

We love our mornings with Grand Piano Series Inc. and Konstantin Soukhovetski 🎼

These visits are an amazing opportunity for participants in our adult program to hear world-class musicians share and explain some of their favorite music.

Plus, mornings with the Grand Piano Series support participants' mental health!
💚 Music can help regulate mood and decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression
💚 Classical music may help decrease cortisol levels (a stress hormone)
